Why Rituals?

Not everything can be understood cognitively. How do you understand  ‘longing’ or ‘letting go’ through thoughts? An experience is an experience, a feeling is a feeling. Sometimes through a ritual, we can cross obstacles that weren’t put into place consciously, that aren’t even clearly seen. The ritual bypasses the thinking mind and simply makes a connection where there wasn’t one before. The rituals I facilitate involve sacred space opening, voice, movement, breath, and words. If you’re open to inviting a little more magic into your life- this could be for you. Or if you’re just tired of repeating the same old cycles over and over and over again.
