What is a sacred space?
It is a space outside of space, the time outside of time. This is the intimate personal space, some call it dreamtime, the liminal, or the in-between. The unchanging container for the flowing waters.
It is yours and only yours. Here, you’re in communion and communication with all of yourself- the body, mind, heart, and soul. It is where you are held, where you are whole.
It can be shared by invitation, but for this time, it is for you - as you are, right now. Most issues we face come from miscommunication within. Let’s listen deeper.
Allow your mind’s eye to turn inward to observe. I’ll guide you to connect to your senses, to the elements, to the breath, and to sound.
You have already visited this place, you know it already. I am here to facilitate your arrival back. You will remember. Once you are there- feel free to pause the recording and stay for as long as you need.
You might enjoy covering your eyes, lighting a candle, covering your body with a blanket to further calm down the nervous system, or lowering the volume if you’re extra sensitive to sound.
If this mediation feels right for you, continue doing it. With or without the recording. Mold and adjust so it fits you. Make sounds or move as you feel. It helps to have a frame for it- checking in there every day - it can last for minutes, or for hours- it is a place outside of time after all.
