Creative Consulting and Coaching
Would you like to land your vision into the world? Are you working with healing arts and need to be understood on a more subtle level when it comes to communications? Do you need a creative partner to move? With over ten years of working in communications with creators, I am here to help guide the way.
Bodywork Sessions using the pantarei approach
These are 1:1 sessions that include empathy, touch, and verbal communication. In each session, we shine a light on the unique qualities, and gifts of the person- what makes you you, and facilitate internal communication for a more enjoyable living. My praxis i located in Neukölln.
Yoga
I offer group classes where we explore topics through the body, senses, breathwork, and intuitive movement. Join us for a weekly practice in Berlin or book a class for your team or event. Studio is located in Kreuzberg.
Life is a poetic, spiral dance- ever widening. We are always becoming, changing, transmuting, creating. I am here to guide you on this journey, as a companion who helps you see the joy and beauty of being in this body, on this planet, with your gifts, and through the challenges. I believe healing the individual, heals the collective. Living from a place of wholeness within creates a ripple effect. The more of the unique song you get to sing, the more we can all rejoice and remember.
